Guy Breading - our Founder and CEO

Guy is singularly qualified to lead Build Back Better Academy and ensure your personal and professional success.

Guy's career started in the United Kingdom, where he was for 15 years the Managing Director of both Asset & Debt Recovery Ltd and Breading 1945, one of the six regional UK agencies for The Official Receivers office, providing creditor asset protection. In this role he worked with thousands of businesses from all sectors, gaining a deep understanding of company turnaround, valuations and options available.

In 2005, he developed FVI in Florida, which became one of the  largest statewide licensed repossession and investigation agencies. In this role he also pioneered change as the Executive Director of the Florida Association of Recovery Agents - promoting professionalism, accountability and training.

Since 2018 Guy is overseeing GNB Logistics, a high-volume, last mile delivery service, which plays a essential role during the Covid19 needed services.

Since 2014, Guy is holding his Florida Broker License.

He has successfully published the book "Ready for Change - Selling your Business, For the Boomer Generation", which can be purchased on Amazon here.

Guy served as the Missions Pastor at Bayside Community Church, for several years, one of the fastest growing Churches in America.

He is a member of Mensa International and Mensa USA, and has held active roles in the International Association of Business Brokers, Business Brokers of Florida, the Florida Association of Realtors, the American Recovery Association and YMCA Manatee.

In the UK he was active as a member of the Association of British Investigators, the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers, the Royal Society of Arts, Mensa UK, Kiwanis and Potential Plus.
